We are committed to keeping our guests, our staff, our tour guides, and our small business partners safe. We also want to do our part in supporting the precautionary measures that will help slow down the spread of the COVID-19 disease.
We are also urging everyone to please take the maximum precaution possible at this time by practicing what the health authorities globally are recommending – social distancing, hand sanitizer, and washing hands often.
Here in Italy we are all rallying around the expression “andrà tutto bene” which in English means “everything will be ok.”

In compliance with COVID-19 regulations, during our tours/experiences we apply the following rules:
– social distancing between guide and clients and between clients – if they don’t live together;
– guide and clients have to wear facial masks;
– guide will apply rigorous hygiene practice and will avoid crowded areas when possible;
– guide has hand sanitizer for clients, if needed;
– tour audio system application from personal smartphone is available, on request;
– we guarantee small group size, according to the Italian rules;
– you have to book in advance the “join the group” tours & experiences.
We offer special conditions and a flexible cancellation policy if you book tours / experiences for next months. All tours & experiences are subject to availability. According to your wishes, we can put together different tours & experiences and create bespoke full day experience for you.
We offer professional services in different languages: English, Italian and French. Other languages (German, Russian, Swedish, Norwegian, Japonese, and Chinese) on request, for an additional fee.
The prices of tours and experiences are based on the number of participants indicated in each proposal. We can offer special prices for groups and for multiple bookings. Prices are net and do not include any agency commission. All prices include taxes.
Tourist Guides: according to the Italian law, only licensed tourist guides can led guided tours, and explain works of art and monuments, and licensed tourist guides have a special license and a badge issued by the Region. We are licensed tourist guidesand we offer an outstanding professional service.
If you choose a private tour, your touring programme is flexible. Your guide will spend time only with you and with people you’re travelling with.
Payment is required by bank transfer, online booking on our website, or PayPal.
Tour Departures: The pick-up point in Sanremo can be arranged to suit your needs.
We can meet at your hotel, at the train station, at the local harbours, in front of the main entrance of the Sanremo Casino, etc. If you book a “join the group” shared tour, you can meet the guide at the meeting point indicated in our website.
Transfers: Sanremo Experience supports sustainable mobility, and all the tours involving transportation can be organized in different ways: by public transport, by taxi, by private car, by luxury limousine service or comfortable minivan… We can arrange transfers according to your wishes!
